Raisins Muffins

These raisin muffins are a hit during winter. When I first gave my kids raisins they hated them, especially the texture of them. I had to explore different ways for them to eat those raisins. We have been enjoying them so much this winter that i think you should also try them for your little ones.

YOU WILL NEED

You ready.....

  1. Have all your ingredients ready. Add all your dry ingredients together. Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add slices of banana and raisins.

  3. Add the egg, water, milk, syrup, and canola oil.

  4. Mix all your ingredients together. Add the mixture to a muffin tray. Bake the muffins for 30 minutes or until you are happy that they are cooked. poke the muffins using a toothpick or fork to check if they are cooked.

Please note that the measurements are for a large muffin tray. If you use a medium-sized muffin tray you will probably need 2 trays. Note that if the toothpick comes out clean it means the muffins are ready but if it comes out with some pieces of batter on it it means the muffins need to be baked for longer.

Note

You can use honey instead of maple syrup.
