On a day you feel like doing something easy and delicious for your little one, these berry-stuffed roll-ups are the way to go.

  1. Remove the bread crust this is important because it makes it easier when making your roll-ups. Flatten the bread, then dice the bananas into small pieces. Add layers of your berries on one side of the bread.

  2. Once you are done adding your fruits, the roll-up begins. Gently roll the bread and close up the opening firmly.

  3. Crack the eggs and add milk and mix everything.

  4. Heat the pan at medium heat and add butter/oil. Dip the stuffed bread into the egg and milk mixture. Fry at medium heat for about 3 minutes on both sides, till you are happy that both sides are well cooked.
