When strawberries are in season I always try different food options for my kids and this strawberry-stuffed bread is so easy and quick to make.

  1. READY....

    Have all your ingredients ready. Add the strawberries and banana in a blender and blend. Once you are done blending pour the mixture in a bowl. Slice the bread crust off as it is easier to fold the bread without the crust.

    if your strawberries are too sour you can add a bit of honey.
  2. ALMOST THERE...

    In a seperate bowl add an egg and cinnamon and mix. Using a spoon make a layer of the blended strawberry on one side of the bread.

    Avoid overfilling the strawberry as it will make it difficult for you to fold the bread.
  3. FINAL TOUCHES..

    Fold the bread slices into triangles. Heat the pan and fry the folded bread at medium temperature till both sides are light brown.Let it cool and serve it to your little ones.
