How to prepare...
-
Have all your ingredients ready and measure out. Add all your dry ingredients in a blender
-
Add the remaining wet ingredients to the blender.
-
Blend everything to a soft texture, this took me about 45 seconds. Add a nob of butter to a frying pan. Heat up the butter at a medium temperature till it melts. When the pan is hot enough, pour the blended mixture into the pan and fry one side still at a medium temperature, once the pan cake has cooked properly one side you can reduce the temperature to low, flip it and cook the other side.
Before you blend make sure that the peanut butter did not stick to the sides of the blender. Make sure that the pancakes are cooked in the centre by cooking it for longer at a low temperature.
