YOU WILL NEED

PREPARATION

  1. Remove the bread crust. Slice the banana into thin slices. Flatten the bread slices, then spread peanut butter.

  2. Place the banana slice in the center of the bread then fold the bread. Gently squeeze the bread on the side.

    Ensure the banana slices are thin making things easier when folding the bread.
  3. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir.

  4. In a frying pan, heat the butter then quickly dip the folded bread in the cinnamon and egg mixture. Fry the bread for a minute on each side or until its golden brown on both sides.

    Use a fork as a base for the bread when dipping the bread as this helps in avoiding bread soaking a lot of eggs.
  5. The final yummy breakfast that your little one will enjoy.

Note

This recipe can be frozen. I usually freeze for 2 weeks.
